This is the Patient Summary HL7 FHIR Implementation Guide for the XpanDH project.

This specification has been created to contribute to the development of the European EHRxF for this domain.

This guide is not intended to replace or override possible future standard specifications or any other Implementation Guide that will be specified by MyHealth@Eu and/or JA-09

An overview of the project - including the description of some of the used concepts - is provided in the General XpanDH FHIR IG.

Cross Version Analysis

This is an R4 IG. None of the features it uses are changed in R4B, so it can be used as is with R4B systems. Packages for both R4 (hl7.eu.fhir.xpandh.ps.r4) and R4B (hl7.eu.fhir.xpandh.ps.r4b) are available.
