The impetus for creating an STU2.3 version of the SDOH Clinical Care IG is for the FHIR artifacts to be able to support US Core 3.1.1, US Core 6.1.0, and US Core 7.0.0. Updates made to the IG are related to this and do not alter the scope of the guide.

  • FHIR-48802 - When updating Goal to US Core 6.1+, use US Goal Codes ValueSet for Goal profile
