This is the set of resources that conform to either of the profiles MeasureCriteria (http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/saner/StructureDefinition/MeasureCriteria) and MeasureCriteria (http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/saner/StructureDefinition/MeasureCriteria).
