This is the set of resources that conform to either of the profiles US Core Organization Profile (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition/us-core-organization) and Manufacturing and/or Test Site Organization (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/pq-cmc-fda/StructureDefinition/mfg-test-site-organization). E.g. what you have to deal with if you get resources conforming to one of them
